You need to use absolute refs.
Instead of:
=LARGE(D12:S12,1), =LARGE(D12:S12,2), and =LARGE(D12:S12,3)
try:
=LARGE($D$12:$S$12,1), =LARGE($D$12:$S$12,2), and =LARGE($D$12:$S$12,3)
