Hi Madaiah,
I believe they will get the #REF! Error as they do not have the access
rights to server. My suggestion would be that after accessing the data using
fomulas, you need to paste them as values before sending them to the end
users. Alternatively, you can break links as well.

I found that this query of yours has not been answered.
Suggestion:- Try recording a macro for this OR try to refine your
requirement(s). In order to record a macro go to Tools->Macro -> Record New
Macro. and follow your steps.
