Goto INSERT -> GRAPH and follow the steps.
Imp Note. time column contains different dates. Remove the dates in
time column.

you don't need a macro.
Instead try this simple steps.
Select DATA in Column A.
from Menu select DATA -> TEXT TO COLUMNS
Follow the wizard.
