and hit the "Help on this Function" link.

I think it is excel 2010 version. When you goto Data tab, then select Data
validation drop down.
You will find second option. It automatically select the invalid data.

You will get all the pictures visible..
Range F1 has a formula to vookup the picture name , and on Calculate event
only that picture is being visible
