For retrieving text form html tags you can use (innertext) and for getting
html tag you can use innerhtml as highlighted below.
set u_name = browser.document.getElementsByTagName("input")
While a < u_name.Length
If u_name(a).Type = "text" Then
Shtml = u_name(a).innerhtml or Sh
