actuall i have data based on Wid and i have to update in attached as
mentioned below based on formula

what is WID..
if you want to file Apr-Mar below then select range B2:B13, after that
using mouse take your cursor to bottom end of right side till it becomes
dark black plus sign & then double click on it,.

The original array formula doesn't work for me with numbers. it only lists
the lowest value in the returned list. :(

Your original formula will also work but you need to start from cell B8 &
downward...

I've got it working. The problem was that I had formula in the 'blank'
cells.
I've now restricted the list to cells containing values which works.

I required formula to extract data as par my criteria but it is very
complex criteria but my thought is that everything is possible in
excel.
