Hi
I tried using SOLVER and it is working. In this case, the Subject to the
Constraints : $I$2:$I$15 = $A$2:$A$15
Set Objective : $I$2
To : Value of 15000
By Changing Variable Cells : $E$2:$E$15
Subject to the Constraints:
$I$2:$I$15 = $A$2:$A$15
Check (Tick Mark) - Make Unconstrained
Hi
I tried using SOLVER. It is working. But the issue is that constraint need
to be mapped manually.
In SOLVER:
Set Objective : $I$2
To : Value of 15000
By Changing Variable Cells : $E$2:$E$15
Subject to the Constraints:
$I$2 = $A$2
$I$3 = $A$3
$I$4 = $A$4
$I$5 = $A$5
$I$6 = $A$6
$I$7 = $A$7
Thanks Mr Sandeep Kumar Baranwal, I know this but I need the formula
ok if there is no formula then can we do it thru SOLVER, if there is any
possibility
then can you do it, thanks in advance. I'm sure we can do thru SOLVER by
applying different parameters
*but the problem is what are those

#1: the "Selection" is passed to the event sub through the "Target"
variable.So.. Target IS Selection!
It is an array, but a single cell gets passed as an array of (1).
What I usually do is cycle
I have this file from a previous discussion and I was wondering if there is
a way to stop the code from running when I select the whole row so that I
can copy and paste without having the window pop up every time.
Thank you!

There are LOTS of reasons why macros can be slow.And.. "slow" is relative.
I have a workbook with over 130,000 rows and 72 columns.
I can report summaries for these rows in SECONDS.
my macro USED to take several minutes, but I simplified the code and found that
it was looping through the lines

Hi
For the purpose of goal seek, we can apply formula. But this formula would
work only on a particular cell.
For Using Goal Seek formula, go on DATA/What-If Analysis/Goal Seek
Goal Seek Inbox would be prompted
Set Cell : I2
To value : A2
By Changing Cell : E2
Do it for repeatedly for all ,
Hi
The excel processes at speed relative to its size.
With Macros, the excel size tends to increase, which may lower the speed of
its processing.
In general, it being slow or fast with or without macros is a relative
experience.
If there are lots & lots of formulas and excel size is very high
