Name Requirement Source Applied on
Michelle AA Vendor 12/1/2015 0:01 Validity Expired
Michelle BB Jobsite 12/1/2015 0:02 Duplicate Submission
Michelle CC Vendor 4/14/2015 0:00 Valid Submission
Michelle DD Referral 12/3/2015 0:02 Duplicate submission
Nathan ee Referral 12/4/2015 0:02
Nathan ff Vendor 12/5/2015 0:02
Nathan gg Jobsite 12/6/2015 0:02
Othello HH 12/7/2015 0:02

Source validity Duration Vendor = 3Months
Other sources = 6Months
Please see the above data, the Initial submission of the candidate Michelle
is on 12/1/2015 0:01 by vendor for which the source validity is 3 Months
and have got expired on 03/1/2016 0:01. so as per the given data the valid
submission is 4/14/2015 0:00 post source expiry from the initial submission.

Is there any possible way using VBA codes or Excel formulas to extract the
valid submission from the above data.

Your inputs will be much appreciated!

Many Thanks!

Muthu
