Activate method works only on a single Cell, which much be inside the
current selection and brings the cursor in that Cell.
And, With the help of select method you can select any range, but does not
let you define which cell has the cursor.

Filter data, any 1 column then don't remove the Filter, thenafter filter
2nd Column then filter 3rd Column.
It will be change header color for each column.
