Thanks for the reply.
However, your amendment to the code does not result in the required
output. If I implement your changes then I no longer get 'new' worksheets
whether there is anything in the J12-31 range.

Most of the files have about 10 worksheets, and these can have both
text and pictures in.
I have searched, for some code (to no avail and through quite a few
forums!!), that would copy
