*Job Title: ARIS Admin *

*Location: Wilson, NC*

*Duration: Long Term Contract *



*Job Description:*

   1. Operational Use of ARIS Connect to *recreate* *existing* process
   maps, *under ARIS Pilot (MVP part 1 functionality).*
   2. Operational Use ARIS Connect to upload and tweak existing process
   maps, under ARIS MVP part 2 functionality.  Can include manually recreating
   existing maps as well.
   3. User Testing of ARIS Connect - Substantial participation in creating
   and executing user acceptance testing scenarios for ARIS MVP part 2
   (upload/conversion functionality) and nearer term ARIS project releases.
   Includes documentation as required
   4. Training for ARIS Connect - Creation of detailed user training job
   aids and user readiness information
   5. Work closely with Business Team.
   6. Participating in project sessions/updates as requested



Qualifications:

   - Proficiency and efficiency *using* tools such as ARIS, Visio,
   Powerpoint or similar flowcharting tools to build process maps
   - Ability to organize and communicate key updates / follow ups  such as
   tracking map completions, open items
   - Good technical writing and visualization skills essential for
   documenting key user steps for job aids / training and user acceptance
   scenarios and feedback
   - Ability to work effectively with both business and technical team
   members (profile similar to a business analyst)
