 *Job Description:*

·         A minimum of 8+ years’ relevant experience in business process
analysis and improvement initiatives in a consulting or industry
practitioner role

·         Experience in process modeling, improvement, and architecture
for  transformation initiatives

·         *Preferred experience working with any industry standard
enterprise architecture/ modeling tools such as ARIS, Troux, IBM System
Architect and Visio*

·         *Preferred experience working in Transportation or Logistics
domain*

·         Experience with client interaction by identifying client's
priority needs for service and support

·         Ability to conduct workshops and JADs

·         Ability to analyze and share recommendations to improve/modify
existing processes/systems for clients

·         Strong written communication and presentation skills
