The EDI Lead will be working with the EDI track lead and will participate
in the management, planning, reporting, mentoring for the Onshore team.
Along with the EDI Track lead play an important role working with the
client organization. The person should be the liaison person between
onshore and offshore, from onshore perspective.



2.            Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and
other requirements for job performance:

•             Should have 8 years of experience in leading large scale
platform serving EDI /Health care transactions

•             Hands on experience in implementing EDI systems built on
Informatica, TIBCO, EDIFECS, IBM Websphere & Java Web Services.

•             Participate in reengineering current platform built on
disparate technologies into a NEXT GEN EDI platform that is scalable and
robust

•             Serve as subject matter expert for implementation and
integration of EDI transaction maps.

•             Implementation experience of HIPAA ASC X12 transaction sets
for healthcare (834, 837, 277, 835, 997/9, 270/1, 276/7).

•             HIPAA 5010.

•             Intimately familiar HIPAA security policies and procedures.

•             Working knowledge of Java, .NET, Tableau & SQL.

•             Ensure proper handling and timely processing of electronic
data files.

•             Coordinate file transfers between systems, business partners
and customers.

•             Manage, plan, and guide the daily activities of the EDI
offshore department.

•             Communicating job expectations and monitoring employees;
ensures employees are adhering to policies and procedures.

•             Maintains an environment of development and recognition
