Location: Gurgaon Designation: Business Analyst Band: 28 Shift timings: 3.30 pm to 11.30 pm Responsibilities: The Client Management (CLM) Team is responsible for the management and development of our existing merchant base. This position will coordinate or conduct the financial and strategic analysis of both external and internal business opportunities and primarily provide analytical business support to the CLM Team as well as the GMS Organization. He or she will also focus on monitoring and evaluating business performance and related key business drivers in order to provide management support to the Head of CLM. The incumbent will also be required to coordinate and/or support key market level initiatives (e.g. Merchant Pricing Review). A thorough understanding of the GMS value proposition is an asset. The performance of these tasks will require the development and utilization of financial models and related documentations. Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate multiple disciplines, including management and conduct of business/financial process re-engineering activities throughout all relevant card business" functions will be necessary. The candidate should have good analytical skills in dealing with complexity and details, the ability to address issues on the strategic level and a solid foundation in accounting and financial analysis. He or she should also be able to describe complex issues in a comprehensive way. Qualification: * Current role should be of a Business Analyst * Minimum of complete 2 years is required in the role of Business Analyst * Strong command of MS Office tools, especially Excel, Access and PowerPoint. * In-depth understanding of the MSI business and related financials and a broad awareness of TRS as a whole * If a person is dealing or working for international clients, preference would be given. * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, able to synthesize, reconcile or compile complex data from multiple sources * Customer focused, intimate understanding of the MSI value proposition and CLM business development process * Analyses solutions to generate insightful, creative and customized recommendations for internal and external clients, leveraging industry knowledge * Strong strategic/intellectual capabilities; innovative; ability to think holistically * Sound business vision, ability to develop strategies * Strong at building business relationships across a matrix organization, broad network or contacts across GMS functions * High energy, commitment and passion for the business and the team * Excellent oral and written communication skills (English required and German is an asset). Ability to describe complex issues in a comprehensive way.
