Automate, streamline, strengthen, and remediate IT controls. *Description of Job Duties Required. * 80% - Implement, improve, automate, and document IT GRC processes, including risk management, security exception handling, cybersecurity training and awareness, access management, separation of duties controls, security configuration documentation and monitoring, vulnerability management. 10% - Work to enhance the overall control environment. Work with the IT Governance Risk & Compliance team to establish information sharing and feedback loops with control performers, business leaders and senior management. Develop and enhance educational programs to assure stakeholders at varying levels are aware of and accountable for their responsibilities relating to internal controls. Work with business leaders and management under the direction of the Senior Manager, IT Governance Risk & Compliance to assure that oversight, structures, reporting lines, authority and responsibilities are clear for IT internal controls. 10% - Identify and remedy root cause for control execution issues. *Requirements:* Understanding of information security principles and practices. Ability to quickly grasp new processes and implement related technical improvements. Effective written/verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Competence in working with a broad range of stakeholders of various seniority levels across diverse business functions and/or units. Strong organizational skills. Rigorous attention to detail.
