*Don’t need the lead, Just Sr. System architect (core of the system is
already designed) *


*Must have:*

·         Engineer with 5-9 years of experience

·         MUST be a strong PEGA developer

·         MUST have database experience (preferably Oracle)

·         Will consider expert PEGA developers who have used other databases

·         MUST have PEGA cert

·         Scrum/Agile is a bonus

·         Education: 4 year degree, or work/certs to compensate




*Why is this position open:*

·         This team has taken over the re-active line increase. They handle
all the customer requests for their customers who need a line increase.

·         There are 3 different work streams in this group (Orchestration,
fulfillment and global risk underwriting).

·         These consultants will straddle the 3 workstreams.

·         It’s a new platform. 2 years since they started building.



*Project description: (stage, stakeholders – pick up leads)*

·         Good technical skills to help with their enhancements and
continued build out of the system.

·         They launched this initiative 2 years ago.

·         They go live at EOM with the first product and have requirements
to ramp 4 other products before EOY.



*Desired skill:*

·         Scrum/Agile
