*Job Description:*



*Responsibilities:*

·         Influences the vision of the product and refines our design system

·         Partners with business stakeholders to understand their
objectives and requirements

·         Understands complicated tasks and processes and makes them seem
easy and intuitive by translating them into simpler yet elegant concepts

·         Directs development teams towards the product vision using clear
written and oral communication with strong rationale for design decisions

·         Applies user-centered design strategies to projects that range
from mobile applications to complex business systems

·         Maps the journey of a user and identifies opportunities for
design solutions

·         Daily Tasks Performed:

·         Develops personas and usage scenarios

·         Reviews UX/UI documentation through the lens of end users to
ensure interfaces are as easy to use as possible

·         Identifies opportunities for system improvement to simplify the
end user experience

·         Approves UX/UI documentation for development

·         Reviews and edits end user facing content to ensure the intended
business message is conveyed



*Required Skills:*

·         Problem solving and analytical skills

·         Understanding of user interface design patterns, information
architecture and user-centered design

·         2+ years experience in UX design

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Interaction design thinking and customer focus

·         Bachelor's degree

·         Experience in UX design of mobile applications
