Dear Prabakar, Pl find the attached sheet. I'm not getting any type of message. first of all select all cells by pressing cltr+A then goto formatcells and uncheck protect checkbox. then select that cell which u want to lock and again goto formatcells check protect checkbox. then goto review tab
