Humble request, please spend 2 minutes to read my mail below.

Just wanted to know, we everyone had started as a fresher. If no one going
to hire fresher then how new people will join the industry and how we will
get talented people come and join us.

Guys, please have a look one time. This guy is extremely talented in Power
BI and VBA with good communication skill but companies want someone who
have some experience. Question is how this some experience start for
freshers.

You will not regret to hire him after knowing his skills and even don't
feel that he is fresher. Very hardworking and dedicated towards learning.
