*Short Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for
developing and delivering business applications using Microsoft .NET
technologies as well as other industry standard tools.*



*Complete Description*: Description (including, but not limited to):   Able
to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to
manage highly complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have
extensive industry experience. This is a senior level position which
requires strong software development knowledge and subject matter expertise
in topics such as object-oriented design, relational database design,
software development methodologies and processes. An initial task is to
lead the design and deployment effort to create the framework for an
external Web Portal for the T&S Division application. Candidate must have
prior experience in developing a external web portal to capture data from
external users.  Individual must have knowledge of application security.
Successful candidate will periodically meet with customers to clarify
specific requirements. Thus this position requirements strong oral and
written communication skills.



*Expected Skills*:  The successful candidate will be responsible for
developing and delivering business applications using Microsoft .NET
technologies as well as other industry standard tools. The tools include,
but are not limited to, .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, SQL
Server, Active Server Pages, IIS, web services, Windows services, HTML,
Microsoft Silverlight, XML, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visual
Studio, and Team Foundation Server.



Individual will also assist in code reviews and mentoring junior level
developers.  Candidate should be able to work independently with limited
supervision.
