Position            : *Workday Business Analyst*

Location                : Rockville, MD

Duration               : 1 Year

Rate                      : $70/hr. C2C

 

Need a very senior *Workday Business Analyst *(100% functional) for our 
client, in Rockville, MD.  This is urgent and will run for at least 1 
year.  Candidates MUST have *excellent communication skills* and a minimum 
of 8 yrs of overall experience and at least 5 yrs of Workday experience.

 

The number one most important thing is someone who can *document 
requirements effectively* and has at least 6 years of experience 
*running/facilitating 
JAD sessions*.

Candidates must be senior level with requirements and have worked with the 
developers.  It is very important the candidate has*gathered/qualified 
requirements from users and/or stakeholders* versus other business analysts 
or their own project manager.  

Communication skills ARE key.  They must be excellent – no exceptions.

Must be very well versed with Workday and must have recent and hands on 
experience in ALL of these modules:
- *Compensation*
- *Time tracking*
- *Absence Management*

They will maintain these modules.

Project Timeline: they are converting Peoplesoft to Workday:

April - UAT
May- Parallel Testing
July- Go Live


This person will need to meet with the users and developers  and will also 
need to give presentations using PowerPoint and Visio.

 

For non-local candidates, the manager will do a Skype interview.
