Dear All,
Please find enclosed herewith the draft report format in MS Word as an example
of how I want the report. Please understand that it is only a small amount of
data , the original data contains the schemes earning details of about 2500
dealers for about 100 schemes.

possible not presentable as well. If I try to put scheme details

What do you mean by new page? Forget new page, can you at least explain
what do you mean by page? Is it a word document? Is it an excel sheet?
If you cannot explain EXACTLY what you want, WHERE you want and HOW you
want, it will be very difficult for volunteers to help.

Dear Group,
Thanks for the response. But there is no total at the end for the schemes.
Moreover for each dealer there will be hundreds of schemes so please let me
know the steps followed to prepare the report.
