when you select your blank cells just see the buttons in home tab where
insert,delete,format button is showing you need to press delete ->delete
cells -> shift cells to left .

Select b3:m5 press f5 -> click special option->tick blank->go into home
tab delete cells and shift cells left you will get your data.
