Hi,

You don't need to increase rows in Excel 2007/2010 to 1048576 from 65536. 
Also, there is no way to accomplish it. The problem you're facing is due to 
the use of .xls file which are of Excel 2003 or prior format.

Workaround:
1. Save your .xls file as .xlsx (if there are no macros in it) or as 
.xlsm(if there are macros in it)
This step don't increase the rows as if you'll see the title bar of Excel, 
it still says Combatibility mode. 
2. To come out of it, close the saved workbook and re-open it.
