There are problem tickets outstanding in PCA within Controlling that need to be worked on. This person needs to know interface work including IDOCs. Soft skills are quick learners because there are custom programs especially when standing up plants around PCA. Someone who can have long term visibility how current changes would impact future work. This person will need to be comfortable reaching out to others when issues arise to find solutions. People have 8-10+ years of experience. This person needs to come from an implementation background, experienced with PCA and profitability analysis in Controlling. People who have a broad set of experiences are the best candidates (GL, AP, AR etc) Strong communicator that can easily work with the business and partners in Controlling.
