*Job Requirements*

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years supporting a SAP HCM system

• Hard requirement: Payroll and Time Evaluation implementation and support
INCLUDING implementation of Leave Accrual.

• Experience with SAP Fiori preferred.

• Proven ability to successfully manage competing priorities in a
fast-paced environment

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to
negotiate with partners to reach the most effective business outcomes

• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft suite applications



*Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:*

• Analyze and provide issue resolution related to SAP HCM functional
areas/modules.

• Perform configuration, testing and complete system change documentation
related to SAP HCM work items.

• Be able to follow company templates and standards during design and
configuration stages.

• Create, maintain and/or support a variety of HR interfaces to other
internal applications or external vendors.

• Facilitate and coordinate application of SAP Notes.

• Facilitate and coordinate HR Sync patching and application of other SAP
Patches/Support Packs.

• Test SAP enhancements, functionality and any system upgrades.

• Interact with business owners/users regarding configuration changes and
master data validation.

• Provide input on assigned SAP system module design changes/enhancements
for improved systems, business performance and cost-effectiveness.

• Identify problems and opportunities for improvements within HR Systems.

• Knowledgeable with an IT SDLC processes and governance model when moving
changes through system environments.
