*Role       : ServiceNow Manager/Architect*
*Location:  Detroit, MI*
*Duration: 12+ months*


*Job Description:*

·  a ServiceNow Project Manager/Architect, involve in multiple key
initiatives for ITSM / Non ITSM applications.

·  Provide guidance on development in support of all ServiceNow
applications and modules including

§             Incident Management
§             Change Management
§             Problem Management
§             Asset Management
§             Configuration Management
§             Knowledge Management

·  Leading Service Management (ServiceNow, other  ITSM tools) projects
successfully on-time, on-schedule and within budget close

·  Leading, motivating and managing various project team sizes, including
internal and external resources (Vendors), while holding team accountable
for performance

·  Create long and short term plans to meet business and project objectives.

·  Provides full and accurate communication with Project Key stakeholders.

Skills Required

·  10+ years overall experience in Project management area across Service
Management, End User computing etc. functions

·  High level Understanding of Service NOW functionality, configuration

·  Fair knowledge of ITIL v3 methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT
architecture, relational databases.

Knowledge of ServiceNow system architecture

·  Good understanding on Shared services (HR / Finance etc..)  processes /
Workflows is beneficial

·  Fair understanding on Knowledge management module is preferred

·  Strong communication and client relationship management skills

·  Technically competent with various software programs, including but not
limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft
Projects
