Hi All,

 

I would be grateful if you could help me out with the following problem I am 
facing with regard to data formatting:

 

The changes I need to make to the file are as follows:

1. I need to deduct one hour from the 'CaptureTime' field(column E) which is in 
seconds. 

    This I have done by deducting 3600seconds. I have then divided this by 
86400 to allow for the column to be formatted into hh:mm:ss

 

 

2. I then need to use this column and concatenate this field to the 
'CaptureDate' field and get a field which is similar to the data in 'column G'. 

 

The problem I am facing is formatting the data to 'YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss'.

 

I have attached a file with sample data.
