Use this formula, say in V2 copy down.
=COUNTIFS(A2:S2,Yes,B2:T2,Yes) This will only work XL2007 or later.
If you want to work with XL 2003 or prior use SUMPRODUCT
=SUMPRODUCT(--(A2:S2=Yes),--(B2:T2Yes))
