cel-Macros$$ number spliting formula
i used NOW() function to get below date but now i want to split it,i try to
used LEFT and RIGHT function but it does not work on numbers i think wats the
reason? and any suitable formula?

i need to use formula,i did paste special but left right function does not work
properly y?i need to extract time only instead of data but date function does
not work properly?
plz give me any formula.

You can also use Text To Column after paste Special as Value

Dear all.,
We can take either NOW() or TODAY(), but those has to be paste special by
values and then we can use RIGHT() or LEFT() with our required values and
then redo the paste special by values and that cell has to be formated by
appropriate function. This may help.please try if u feel Ok.
Why don't you use TODAY()
