Hi You can do using Pivot Table, see attached file. 1. In the Pivot Table, click the drop down arrow in the RowLabels field heading. 2. In the pop-up menu, click Value Filters, then click Top 10 change it to 5. You can sort on Descending on Output by going thru More Sort option
