Subject: $$Excel-Macros$$ Need macro of formula and update in other sheet

Dear expert,

I need a macro of vlookup formula written in attached sheet of "Vendor
Master" which display only those concern data match with cell value of F1
and after editing in this sheet, the modified data paste in other sheet of
"Updated Data" and also highlight or delete data which copied to sheet of
"Updated Data" from sheet of "MAS96". Could you please help or suggest me
this type of macro?

Thanks & regards

Ashish Bhalara
