[Exchange] FIM to AAD Connect Upgrade

We are upgrading FIM to AAD Connect. FIM is Version 4.3.647.0 It has been installed since July 2014. There does not seem to be a direct upgrade path. Most folks seem to have older Dir Sync, or Azure AD Sync, and NOT FIM. Has anyone does a FIM to AAD Connect upgrade? If so, can I get so

Joseph, thanks for the confirmation, I won't be removing the certificate anytime soon :) Michael, The vendor's error logging shows the self-signed certificate (issuer = EXSRVR1) is the one being presented and that's why it's failing-they don't trust the issuer (EXSRVR1). Also, when you wrote t
