By default in Exchange 2010 Active Sync is enabled for all users.
I want this to be disabled for all new users and then enabled on request - I'd
like to achieve this without turning it off for existing users.
Can this be done?

To make this happen we have created a security group "Activesync
Allowed", and added our activesync users to it as they sign a mobile
policy. Then we have a powershell script that runs every X hours that
runs through the mailboxes. If a mailbox has activesync enabled and
they are not in
