Drives almost at capacity

I am waiting for our new server but am almost out of drive space. I had people clean their mailboxes (probably 3.5 GB) but I dont see the freed up space on the Hard drives. What do I need to do to see the free'd up space? Thanks a ton to anyone who can help!

THe event logs say that I only have 1 megabyte of drive space. I am also getting 9582 warnings saying that Virtual memory is fragmented. I have restarted the services but the warnigs seem to be happening alot. _ List posting FAQ:

Could not open one or more attatchments.

We are getting this alot now. If you click OK the e-mail opens without the attatchments. If you close the e-mail and re-open it, everything is there. Any ideas of what I need to do to stop this. This is happening on mailboxes and .pst's. Jake

Internet E-Mail content filtering program

Our xxx e-mail has shot through the roof as of late. 1. Is there a good content filtering program that is pretty straight forward? 2. Where can we go to see if our server is spamming? The previous one we used is offline. 3. Will Ed save the day for me again? Thanks Jake Wallendal
