suggesting TLS. It's a bother to set up and you have to do it with every
mail server you want to have secure communications with. Great, the
communications are secure but how about the actual e-mail? Correct me if I'm
wrong
Another possibility is using pgp or certificates to encrypt the e-mail you
send.

Well, yes and no. If the recipient hasn't read the e-mail and you are using
Exchange then you can do a simple recall (goto sent items, open the message,
actions, recall this message). That doesn't work too well if you are using
any services that are polling the mailboxes for new mail, for example
NetIQ, absolutely, no question about it.

If you have deleted items retention on then open Outlook on a machine that
has DumpsterAlwaysOn=1 reghack, choose Outlook today and select Inbox and
restore. I've had to do it a few times and it has always worked for me,
