So you are all honestly telling me that you have never had this problem
yourselves? Either you can't have installed the security rollup package
from January or you have some mystical way of working round it. Please
enlighten me.

I applied the January Windows 2000 security rollup package to my laptop
(W2K SP2) after which I could no longer connect to the 5.5 SP4 Server
using the Admin app. I uninstalled the patch and Admin finds the server
