I missed something. An mail enabled public folder sent from an internal
address looks like mail but if it sent from and external address it
looks like a post. I want it to look like an email. What did I miss?

I have 30 email addresses for 8 domains on my ex2000, and previously my
ex5.5 - all for myself
On ex5.5 make sure to accept them all as inbound.
Telnet to port 25 and try them all manually
Set up logging and check your event log

Per MS website, the Standard version gives you a 16GB limit. Is it for
the public folder store and the mailbox store together or can you have a
16GB max Public store and a 16 GB max mailbox store?
Does anyone actually use the Standard version out there?

The limit on Std version is 16GB per database.
on Std version are you limited on the number of storage groups on a
server?
on Std version is your limit still 6 databases per storage group or is
it less?
Any explicit references ont this you can recomend?

In Active Directory Users and Computers - when you open up a user
properties and go the the email addresses there is a check box for -
Automatically update e-mail addresses based on recipient policy
How do you set this to be unchecked by default for the domain? It has
to be a policy setting but

EX2K resource kit and the admin companion but they are very limited
also.
