Go to the MS Site and download the ADSI SDK. It as many examples on how and where to do it.
It Works very well. With it you may create, delete and modify mailbox's and Distribution Lists. You may deal with User Accounts and other objects (Groups, Printers, queues, Services...) in Win NT (4 or 2K), Exchange (5.5, 2k) and a few other App. Concerning other object's than Exchange Mailbox's or DL's is better be carefuly with what you do!
