ADC Connector issue

We have installed AD on a W2k3 box and have it running in the mixed mode. We are now trying to install E2k3 and the ADC wizard gets to step 3 and advises that ir needs to modify the attributes of the mailboxes that we have IMS and directory replication with, but are in other Exchange sites and
