I have used most of the utilities you've listed (except CiscoWorks).
If you have strictly a Windows network, I would probably favour the
individual utilities you listed anyway.

UnicentreTNG is a decent cross-platform product, but we found it to be an
excessive and lethargic tool. We use HP Top Tools in lieu.
