Default Sys Admin on SMTP

We are a Exchange 5.5 SPK4 ORG, my server is on it's own site and runs it's own SMTP connector, it holds several MX records that all work. In reference to the following article, I have a problem where I want all the postmaster error messages to be generated from the server I administer.
