Migrating form an existing Exchange 5.5 server to an upgraded Exchange 5.5 server

Hey, I am looking for any advice on migrating from our existing exchange 5.5 server to a new Exchange 5.5 server, if there's some good articles or advice anyone could give me that would be great. Thanks P.S. I have been checking Technet, etc. and haven't found too much useful info.
