I just realized that users can not use OWA via Netscape. The messages are "authorization failed" with navigator 4.7 or Error: Access Denied with navigator 6.X. I made sure that only basic authentication was checked and sopped and restarted the service. Tried //domain/username and domain/username with no luck. I am sure this all started after I had to completely remove and reinstall Exchange 2000 w/ iislockdown and urlscan (MS spent 11 hours on the phone with me to do this, don't ask why). But I have yet to find any KB stuff to tell me what to fix
