How do you delete items in the Outlook folder size.I have a user that
clean out thier mailbox, and the inbox is empty. I went in to Outlook and
right clicked Outlook Today and it brought up the folder size and it show
55mb in the inbox, but there is nothing in his inbox. I have reasearched
Technet
Folder views?
Is there *really* nothing there, or is it just not viewable?

There was nothing there, i was with him when he deleted his inbox, sent
items, and deleted items.

Within Outlook, each folder can be presented with a filtered view,
showing only messages meeting specific criteria, such as 'unread'.
While at the inbox, I believe the menu option is
View--Current View
Does it indicate 'Messages' or 'All Messages'?
