You have name resolution issues. Stop deleting and recreating network and
exchange accounts, and work on DNS and WINS.

XP is very dependent on DNS. Have you got a DNS entry pointed at your
exchange server?

I have problems getting Outlook to work right on Windows XP. Whenever I
install it, I get the message that it cant connect to the Exchange
server, even though I can ping the ip address of the server. Sometimes I
