"Illegal" isn't the right term. But anyway, in the message headers of
those messages there's probably a line like:
Content-Type: text/plain;
charset=us-ascii
You could get some third-party tool that would filter on that header and
block the "charsets" you don't want to support, or only allow t
:-) rather not any other bright ideas,
