Subject: E5.5 to E2k3/W2k3 in a W2k AD domain

Anyone have an Exchange 2003 server running on Windows 2003 in a Windows
2000 domain? Here's what's going (well planning) to happen at my org. I
have 4 Exchange 5.5sp4 boxes w/NT4sp6 in a Win2000 domain w/AD. Want to
install a normal server with W2k3 and put E2k3 on it. Here's my plan
(joining existing site): Install Windows 2003 on a new server in same
domain; run ADC; run /forestprep; run /domainprep; install E2k3. The schema
and AD in 2000 will be upgraded to 2003 after installing ADC and the prep's.
Then I'll created the stores to reflect my standards I have on the 5.5
servers and move mailboxes accordingly. Is anyone running Exchange 2003 in
a Windows 2000 domain? Are there any issues with planning to run Exchange
2003 on a Win2003 server in a Windows 2000 domain without upgrading DC's to
2003?
