IF you are only using the server for Exchange, the Scanmail will be enough. The only access your users have to the server is through Exchange (no mapped drives, etc) so the chances of a virus transmitting to the server are slim providing you stay well patched. Now if you are in one of those unfriendly situations where you are using your Exchange server for something like file/print services, you may need a file level scanner.
