One issue that I am aware of is that ADS and NDS do not mix so I would
imagine that would complicate things. My company is running NDS as

directly with NDS the way Exchange does with W2K. If they have Netware

We run Exchange 5.5 in a Netware 5 environment and there haven't really been
any issues other than password changing. We did look at Groupwise a few
years back, but at that point the client interface for GW provided too much
of a learning curve for our users who were already using the MS Client f
